Absolutely. I really enjoy working with couples as it helps me understand the wider picture. Anything shared in individual appointments remains confidential and is not shared between partners without your consent.
What is your GDPR policy?
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and take privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is stored securely, used only for your care, and never shared without your permission. You can request access, changes or deletion of your information at any time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life can be unpredictable, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can – there’s no penalty. I’ll be happy to help you find a convenient alternative time.
If I ever need to cancel, I will let you know as soon as possible and offer alternative dates, including weekend or mobile appointments if needed.
Can you treat me during an IVF cycle?
Yes, I can support you during an IVF cycle. Treatments can be especially beneficial at various points in the cycle, with the number of sessions depending on your IVF protocol. I will always work closely with you and follow any medical advice you are given to ensure your care is safe and producing the best possible results.
What should I do if I arrive early?
Arriving before your appointment is no problem. If the driveway is free, you’re welcome to park there straight away; if not, please use the road until it becomes available.
If I can welcome you sooner, I will let you know. Otherwise, please enjoy a few minutes of peace and come to the door at your scheduled time.
Why are your Abdominal Therapy appointments so long?
These sessions are longer because I believe this work shouldn’t feel rushed. Allowing plenty of time gives us space to settle in, talk and let your body fully relax, so the treatment can be thorough yet gentle. It’s about creating a calm, supportive experience where you feel truly cared for from start to finish.
Is your therapy room accessible?
Unfortunately my therapy room does not have step-free access. A small step leads into the house, followed by a standard staircase to reach the treatment space.

Is it safe to book if I have allergies or sensitivities?
The products I use are all unscented and natural, however please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities so I can thoroughly check suitability for you. Please also be aware there may be nuts present in the household.
